1. はじめに
SavedClip（以下「本アプリ」といいます）は、 ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、ユーザーに関する情報を適切に取り扱います。
本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリが取り扱う情報、 その利用目的および管理方法について説明します。
2. 取得・処理する情報
本アプリは、アカウント登録を必要としません。
本アプリの機能を提供するため、次の情報を一時的に取得または処理する場合があります。
- ユーザーが本アプリに入力または共有した投稿URL
- 動画の解析および保存に必要なメタデータ
- Appleが提供するアプリ内課金の購入状態および復元情報
- 端末内に保存される利用履歴やアプリ設定
本アプリは、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、パスワードなど、 ユーザーを直接特定する情報を入力するよう求めません。
3. 情報の利用目的
取得または処理した情報は、次の目的でのみ使用します。
- 入力されたURLの解析
- 動画の保存機能の提供
- 保存履歴およびアプリ設定の表示
- アプリ内課金の購入状態の確認
- 購入済み機能の復元
- 本アプリの安定性および利便性の向上
- 不具合の調査および不正利用の防止
4. データの保存
保存履歴やアプリ設定などの情報は、 ユーザーの端末内に保存される場合があります。
本アプリは、保存された動画や個人情報を、 開発者が管理する外部サーバーへ恒久的に保存することを目的としていません。
URLの解析に外部サーバーを使用する場合、 入力されたURLや解析に必要な情報が一時的に送信・処理されることがあります。
5. 第三者サービス
本アプリでは、機能提供のために次の第三者サービスを利用する場合があります。
- Apple App Store
- Apple StoreKit（アプリ内課金）
- URLおよび動画情報を解析するためのクラウドサービス
第三者サービスにおける情報の取り扱いについては、 各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
6. アプリ内課金
本アプリでは、AppleのStoreKitを使用したアプリ内課金を提供する場合があります。
決済処理はAppleによって行われます。 本アプリがユーザーのクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。
7. 著作権および利用者の責任
ユーザーは、保存または利用するコンテンツについて、 必要な権利または権利者からの許可を有していることを確認する必要があります。
本アプリを、著作権、各サービスの利用規約その他の法令に違反する目的で利用することは禁止します。
8. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、適用される法令において保護対象となる子どもの個人情報を、 意図的に収集することを目的としていません。
9. セキュリティ
本アプリは、取り扱う情報への不正アクセス、紛失、漏えい、 改ざんなどを防止するため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
ただし、インターネットを利用した通信について、 完全な安全性を保証することはできません。

The App does not require account registration.

4. Data Storage
Download history and application settings may be stored locally on the user's device.
The App is not designed to permanently store downloaded videos or personal information on externally managed servers.
When an external server is used to analyze a URL, the URL and information required for analysis may be transmitted and processed temporarily.

- Apple StoreKit for In-App Purchases

6. In-App Purchases
The App may offer In-App Purchases through Apple StoreKit.
Payments are processed by Apple. The App does not receive or store payment details such as credit card numbers.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights or permission to save and use any content.
The App must not be used to infringe copyright, violate service terms, or breach applicable laws.
